The Role

End-to-end ownership across the stack. You'll take problems from idea through to production, working closely with product and engineering to shape and deliver scalable features.

• Build across .NET Core, React, and Azure

• Design and deliver features end-to-end

• Develop APIs, services, and cloud-native applications

• Contribute to architecture and technical direction

• Partner with product to shape solutions, not just deliver tickets

• Work with offshore teams to drive delivery

• Maintain high standards across code quality, testing, and CI/CD

What You'll Bring

• Strong backend capability in C# / .NET Core

• Solid frontend experience with React (Next.js a bonus)

• Experience building cloud-native systems (Azure preferred)

• Azure preferred, but open to AWS/GCP if you can demonstrate the ability to transition quickly

• Strong grasp of system design and modern web architecture

• Experience with APIs, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines
