Territory Specialist | Leading Medical Device & Healthcare Organisation
We are in search of a proactive and dynamic medical sales professional to champion life-changing technologies and products within the Newcastle & Central Coast territory.
As a Territory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in educating and supporting healthcare professionals, reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager.
Key Duties
- Promote product awareness through exceptional face-to-face and virtual interactions with health care specialists
- Deliver high-quality educational sessions to healthcare professionals and consumers to shape new care standards.
- Act as a trusted advisor for technology use, including mobile apps, data portals, and clinical software.
- Maintain quarterly KPIs for coverage and frequency, with a focus on high-value primary care accounts.
- Manage expenditures and budgets to meet established spending KPIs.
- Oversee the use of Salesforce and other internal systems to ensure optimal territory effectiveness.
- Collaborate with state and national team members to facilitate broad product adoption.
- Understand and communicate complex clinical data and disease state knowledge confidently.
- Adhere to corporate ethics and stringent compliance procedures.
Your Skills And Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Business, or a related field.
- A passion for healthcare and a drive to impact patient lives through world-class technology.
- Strong business acumen coupled with a customer-centric, solution-focused approach.
- Technical and clinical proficiency, with the ability to communicate scientific information to HCPs.
- Exceptional communication and listening skills to foster meaningful stakeholder connections.
- The ability to thrive both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
- Tech-savviness and comfort with data-driven sales tools and digital health ecosystems.
- A valid Australian Driving Licence and a willingness to travel as required.
