Ideal Background

• Around 6-10+ years consulting experience within civil engineering
• Strong background across land development, subdivisions, and urban infrastructure projects
• Sound design capability and confidence managing projects and clients
• Experience using 12D is essential
• Exposure to MUSIC and DRAINS highly regarded
• Strong communication skills and leadership capability
• Motivated by long-term growth, influence, and career progression
