Junior Solicitor/Law Graduate

Baron + Associates is a boutique legal practice specialising in property and commercial law. We are a close-knit and experienced team providing practical, high-quality advice across commercial transactions, litigation and dispute resolution, and complex conveyancing for large property development projects.

The Role

We are seeking a full-time Law Graduate or recently admitted Solicitor to join our growing practice. This role offers genuine hands-on experience and exposure across a broad range of matters, with mentoring and support from experienced practitioners.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in leasing, property, estates, litigation and commercial law within a collaborative boutique firm environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing retail and commercial leases, incentive deeds, variations, surrenders and deeds of assignment
• Assisting with commercial transactions, including sales of businesses, shares and units
• Supporting litigation matters, including drafting letters of demand and pleadings, and liaising with counsel, clients and witnesses
• General file management and assistance to senior lawyers as required

About You

You will be:

• A Law Graduate or recently admitted Solicitor (0–1 PQE) admitted or eligible for admission in NSW
• Someone with prior experience working in a legal or professional office environment
• A strong written and verbal communicator with excellent attention to detail
• Proactive, organised and eager to learn, with the ability to work effectively in a small team
