Group FP&A Manager

This leading financial services firm is committed to creating better outcomes for customers. To support this, they are looking for a Group FP&A Manager who can strengthen how we understand and manage our cost base, provide clear insights, and help leaders make confident, well‑informed decisions.

What you’ll do

• Performance Reporting — Support the Group’s expense reporting, ensuring our leaders have timely, accurate and meaningful insights that support strong financial stewardship.
• Commercial Insights — Partner with business leaders to translate analysis into practical actions that drive commercial outcomes
• Competitor Analysis — Build a clear view of how our cost base compares across the industry, helping us stay competitive and focused on delivering value.
• Forecasting & Planning — Shape Group‑wide expense planning, forecasting and scenario modelling to support long‑term performance.
• Stakeholder Engagement — Work closely with senior executives, providing clear, concise insights that support decision‑making.
• Process Improvement — Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and uplift our reporting and analytics capability.

What you’ll bring

• CA/CPA qualified or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in Group FP&A, commercial finance or strategic analysis.
• Strong analytical capability and a deep understanding of expense drivers.
• Confidence in engaging senior stakeholders and communicating with clarity.
• A continuous improvement mindset and a willingness to challenge constructively.
• Curiosity, commercial acumen and a commitment to doing the right thing.
