Contract Administrator – Luxury Residential Projects

$120K – $150K + Super

We’re partnering with a highly regarded luxury residential builder to appoint an experienced Contract Administrator to join their growing team delivering high-end Class 1 residential projects across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.

About the Role

This is an office-based position located in Bondi, supporting the delivery of bespoke luxury homes and premium residential builds throughout the Eastern Suburbs.

Projects typically include:

• High-end Class 1 luxury homes
• Architecturally designed residential builds
• Premium bespoke residential projects

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, issue, and manage subcontract agreements and procurement packages
• Assess and process subcontractor progress claims and variations
• Monitor project costs, forecasting, and budget tracking
• Assist with tendering, procurement, and scope reviews
• Manage RFIs, documentation, and contract administration processes
• Liaise with project managers, site teams, consultants, and subcontractors
• Assist with project reporting and financial administration
• Support delivery teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Contract Administrator within the residential construction sector
• Experience delivering Class 1 luxury residential projects preferred
• Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, and cost management
• Ability to interpret drawings and construction documentation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work within a fast-paced, high-end construction environment
