Lawyer / Senior Associate - Commercial Litigation

We are working with a top-tier national law firm based in Brisbane for an Associate or Senior Associate to join their Commercial Litigation team.

The Role

The successful candidate will join a Commercial Litigation and Arbitration team advising on a broad mix of high-value disputes and complex commercial matters for a diverse client base. The role involves working on sophisticated litigation, arbitration and advisory matters, with exposure to both contentious and transactional elements across a range of industry sectors.

Key responsibilities include managing significant disputes, supporting high-value transactions where required, and mentoring junior lawyers.

Essential Criteria

• 1+ years’ PQE;
• Commercial litigation law experience;
• Commercial awareness;
• Excellent academics;
• Ability to build upon existing and new client relationships;
• Strong communication skills;
• Team player;
• Technically excellent.
