About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist / Senior Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based care across the Merrylands/Parramatta Area. You’ll support clients through Support at Home and the Hospital Substitution Program, helping them achieve goals and maintain independence. Work alongside a growing multidisciplinary team and make a real impact in the community.
Permanent Full-Time or Part-Time role available.

What You’ll Do
- Provide functional assessments and tailored interventions in clients’ homes.
- Prescribe aids, equipment, and home modifications to support client goals.
- Deliver targeted Occupational Therapy for clients with complex health conditions or age-related care needs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve client goals.
- Engage in our clinical supervision program with a dedicated supervisor.
About you
- Degree in Occupational Therapy + AHPRA registration
- Valid driver’s licence and insured vehicle
- Community or hospital OT experience (preferred)
