YOUR NEW ROLE
Location: Sydney
Role Type: Full-time, 1 Month Fixed Term Contract

We support critical minerals and defence sectors, finance projects that strengthen economic resilience and advance net zero, and back Australian investment in sustainable infrastructure.
Working with banks, other Government agencies and international partners, we back Australia’s exporters, supply chain businesses and industries, contributing to a more stable and prosperous Indo-Pacific while advancing Australia’s trade, investment and economic security objectives.
The role will work closely with the wider ICT team and Suppliers, to deliver on the short term initiatives. This role will suit a graduate or data processor.
ABOUT YOU
- Assist with data migration from our Finance system.
- Download expense and invoice data from our Finance system for a specific company and save the data into a SharePoint folder.
- Potentially work with the Vendor to ensure all data is captured.
- Work across the ICT and Finance teams.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- High-level understanding of data migration
- Experience working with SharePoint Online
- Experience in financial systems like Concur is a bonus
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills – able to communicate with stakeholders
- Strong planning and scheduling skills to ensure all activities are actioned within agreed timeframes
- Team player who is customer centric and can work autonomously
