We are partnering with a leading South Australian piling and ground engineering contractor delivering complex foundation solutions across commercial, infrastructure, and residential projects. With a strong pipeline of work, they are looking for experienced Piling Rig Operators and Offsiders to join their team.

This is a chance to work on technically challenging, high-profile projects using modern equipment in a supportive and safety-focused environment.

About The Role

• Operate a variety of high-end machinery including piling rigs, drilling rigs, and excavators with auger attachments
• Support projects involving deep foundations, ground improvement, underpinning, retention systems, excavations, and structural concreting
• Work on tight access or high-risk sites, delivering precise, quality-assured outcomes
• Be part of a hands-on, experienced team with a strong focus on safety, engineering standards, and technical excellence

Requirements

• Proven experience in piling rig operation and/or offsiding
• Exposure to a range of piling techniques: bored, CFA, driven, screw piles, retention systems, underpinning is highly regarded
• Tickets: Dogman (required), EWP, VOC for piling rigs/excavators, First Aid (preferred)
• Pile Safe certification highly regarded
• Reliable, team-oriented, safety-conscious, and eager to learn
