Public Sector People are partnering with a local government organisation to recruit for an Personal Assistant.

Contract: 3 months | Immediate Start

Hourly Pay Rate: $60 - 70 p/h + Super

Responsibilities

  • Provide day to day administrative support, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records
  • Assist with diary management by scheduling meetings, booking rooms, and coordinating appointments
  • Monitor incoming emails and phone calls, taking messages and responding to basic enquiries where appropriate
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, and correspondence to a high standard
  • Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks and general office coordination

Essential

  • 2+ years experience in an administration support role within local government or working in a politically sensitive environment
  • Previous experience with TechOne, Content Manager/TRIM, Authority or Pathway highly regarded
