Care Manager to lead care delivery and clinical governance in a well-supported residential aged care facility in West Kempsey , NSW.

The Opportunity

• Clinical governance and compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
• Care planning, assessments, and ongoing care evaluation
• Leading and supporting the care team
• Incident management, quality improvement, and accreditation readiness
• Resident classification and funding optimisation

About You

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
• Minimum 5 years' clinical experience as Registered Nurse, including aged care leadership exposure
• Strong understanding of clinical governance and quality systems
• Confident, hands-on leader with a resident-first approach
