Are you an experienced Change Manager with a passion for leading transformative initiatives? We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Change Manager to join our team for a fixed-term contract of 12 months, based in Parramatta.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Co-Pilot rollout, ensuring smooth adoption across teams
• Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans and training programs
• Conduct Change Assessments to identify risks and mitigation strategies
• Manage all Change Communications to keep stakeholders informed and engaged

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in change management, preferably within higher education or university settings (desirable)
• Demonstrated expertise in AI and Co-Pilot technology implementations is essential
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and training skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
