Job Description
- Provide after sales technical support on solar & battery products.
- Responding to inbound calls & emails and offering the appropriate solution.
- Assist customer with WO warranty replacement/installation arrangements
- Providing onsite installation instructions (willing to learn)
Experiences & Requirements
- Bilingual - English & Mandarin speaker (preferred)
- Prior customer services experiences (phone calls, emails, diagnosis, solutions, CRM, WO, SOPs, etc.)
- Full work rights in Australia
