Senior Legal Counsel, Commercial, Marketing & IP
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced legal professional to join a dynamic and growing business in a broad commercial role with a strong focus on marketing, intellectual property, and brand protection.
Key responsibilities include
- Advising on marketing and promotional materials
- Providing intellectual property advice, including brand protection and usage
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating marketing and commercial agreements
- Supporting the business on a wide range of commercial contracting matters
About you
- 8+ years' experience in intellectual property law
- Trained at a top-tier law firm
- Previous in-house experience is advantageous
- Commercially minded, pragmatic, and comfortable partnering closely with the business
- Thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment
