What you will do

Join a dynamic real estate development team where your work directly shapes acquisitions decisions. You'll be responsible for:

• Building financial models, valuations, and sensitivity analyses to assess the viability of potential acquisitions
• Supporting due diligence across potential sites
• Working closely with legal and operational teams to identify risks and opportunities
• Assisting in underwriting potential deals by evaluating income/expense projections, financial statements, and the impact of various financing structures on returns
• Conducting market research to identify emerging opportunities and trends across real estate sectors
• Preparing reports and performance updates for senior management and investors
• Contributing to corporate finance initiatives including budgeting, capital management, and strategic modelling
• Presenting findings to senior management

What you'll bring

• A bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, economics, or a related field (master's or CFA is a plus)
• 1-3 years of experience in corporate finance, private equity, investment banking, real estate funds, or advisory- This is an ideal first move out of the Big 4.
• Strong financial modelling skills and advanced Excel proficiency
• Clear, confident communication and presentation ability
• High attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of real estate markets and property trends (preferred)
• A commitment to the highest ethical standards
