Travel Consultant

We are currently seeking an experienced Groups Travel Consultant to join a well-established and highly respected travel business based in Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate travel professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating complex group travel arrangements.

Working within a supportive and collaborative team, you will be responsible for managing a variety of group travel bookings, coordinating detailed itineraries, and delivering exceptional service to clients from start to finish.

The Role

• Coordinate and manage domestic and international group travel arrangements
• Prepare detailed itineraries and travel documentation
• Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders
• Manage amendments, schedules, and operational requirements
• Deliver exceptional customer service and attention to detail
• Handle multiple bookings and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

About You

• Previous experience in Groups Travel Consulting is essential
• Strong destination and travel product knowledge
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
• A proactive, team-focused attitude

What's on Offer

• Salary package circa $70K - $90K + super depending on experience
• Monday to Friday role
