About the Role-
As an (HR) Payroll Product Owner and a vital part of the T&C Technology Extended leadership team, you'll manage
key HR products related to T&C Payroll processes and services. By leading the T&C Payroll solution design team, you will
collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to design, implement, and support our payroll application services
with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow ensuring that they meet our people-focused objectives and enhance
stakeholder and employee success.
Essential skills encompass knowledge of HR processes through the employee lifecycle, leading requirement discussions,
performing fit-gap analysis, prototyping, configuring systems, converting data, testing, and defect management.
Experience-
• Experience in leading teams in SaaS/Agile product life cycle development.
• Extensive experience as an HR Product Owner or Business Analyst
• Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors HCM; certification in Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
Time and Leave certification highly desirable. Global experience with SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and other HR
vendors is highly desirable.
• Proficient in Personnel calculation rules and schema processing
• Experience with Replication configuration, logging and analysis
• ABAP development skills
• Experience with Product Roadmap development and influencing key collaborators for consensus on business
priorities. Ability to facilitate complex discussions.
• Experience in Project Management with a focus on design, development, testing, and delivery, including writing user
stories for integration with third-party providers.
• Previous consulting experience working with global companies / Exposure to Internal project work.
• Organized, self-motivated, highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and strongly desires to embrace change and solve
problems.
• Outstanding leadership and motivational skills, including a willingness to empower and inspire commitment and a
positive team attitude.
• Ability and/or experience to work independently as well as in a team environment through collaboration and
consultation skills while working with individuals from all backgrounds and organizational levels and across functional
areas Planning and coordinating of own and/or team's work activities to meet commitments and quality expectations.
• Ability to translate customer business requirements to technical solution requirements.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills with excellent executive presence
• Good knowledge of HCM concepts and HR processes
• Employee experience mindset and human centred design principles
