Property & Commercial Lawyer

An established boutique law firm is seeking a Property Lawyer (2+ PQE) to join its growing practice.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a relaxed and collaborative team with strong existing workflows and future growth plans within the property practice.

You will work across a range of property and commercial matters, including:

• Commercial property transactions
• Business Law (sale & purchase of businesses)
• Conveyancing matters
• Leasing
• Sale and purchase transactions
• General property advisory work

The firm is looking for a lawyer who enjoys working closely with clients and values being part of a stable and supportive office culture.

About You

• 2-5 PAE in property/commercial law
• Experience across conveyancing and/or commercial property matters
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
