Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site International Recruitment and Marketing Coordinator, based at our Southport campus on the Gold Coast, Queensland. This role is responsible for planning and executing international student recruitment initiatives, identifying new market opportunities through research and analysis, and strengthening relationships with global education agents and institutional partners.
The successful candidate will contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies, coordinate promotional events and international recruitment activities, and represent NIET Group through presentations and stakeholder engagement across domestic and international markets.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated capability in market research, with the ability to analyse global trends and identify growth opportunities
- Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders including agents and students
- Experience in international marketing, particularly within the education sector
- Event coordination experience, including education fairs and recruitment activities
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and campaign execution
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Prior experience in the education sector, particularly familiarity with Australian vocational education frameworks, will be highly regarded
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is preferred
- Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as required
Preferred qualifications
- Candidates with demonstrated experience across international marketing, market research, event coordination, and stakeholder engagement within the education sector will be highly regarded, particularly those with a strong understanding of Australian vocational education and training standards.
