DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Office reception and general office administration duties

• Support the sales team as needed; sales presentations, quoting and order follow up.

• Executive assistance to General Manager

• Assistance in collating presentations for sales team

• Ordering and preparing samples

• Liaise with suppliers and couriers

• Assist with sales meetings and client projects if needed

• Liaise with account management team on pre and post sales

• Take responsibility for any administrative procedures as required

SKILLS NEEDED

• Highly organized with Excellent attention to detail

• Essential that you are great with Word, PowerPoint and Excel

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Can do attitude with no task too big or small

Office administration or sales coordinator experience is preferred but not essential if you meet the above requirements. We are looking for a hard working team member who is eager to learn and grow beyond the role. If this is you come join our dynamic team!

The ideal candidate will be the point of contact for colleagues, customers and suppliers. This candidate will keep schedules, provide feedback, documentation and information in order to facilitate team activity. They will also work closely with sales teams to maximize performance.
