Enthusiastic applicants are encouraged to apply for the position of Administration Officer at Guilford Young College. The Administration Officer provides a first point of contact for the college and is accountable for the effective delivery of reception, administration and office support services. The Administration Officer is responsible for delivery of excellent customer service in the performance of duties.
Within the role, the Administration Officer works collaboratively with other staff and members of the college community to assist students to achieve enhanced learning outcomes, being responsible to the Administration Team Leader. Key relationships are with the Principal, Deputy Principals, staff, students, parents/guardians, visitors and volunteers.
