About our client

We are looking for a high-performing Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale, multi-site hardware and IT infrastructure deployments across a matrixed global environment. You will own the entire project lifecycle, managing global teams, 3rd-party partners, and complex financials to deliver projects on time, scope, and budget.

This is a 12 month contract role based in Sydney.

The role

• Drive the complete project lifecycle for multi-technology infrastructure deployments across global sites.
• Manage detailed project plans, critical paths, resource allocation, and multi-project budgets (cost and revenue).
• Serve as the primary lead for internal teams, 3rd-party deployment partners, and executive-level clients.
• Proactively identify, manage, and resolve project risks, issues, and scope changes.
• Foster a collaborative environment and mentor junior project team members.

The Person

• 10+ years of IT/Network Project Management experience, ideally within a professional services environment.
• Proven track record managing complex deployments across a massive footprint (100+ global sites).
• Deep expertise in IT infrastructure (storage, compute, networking); familiarity with NVIDIA AI technologies (GPUs, CUDA, etc.) is highly preferred.
• Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently navigate difficult conversations and align executive stakeholders (including international/Australia-based clients).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field; PMP certification is a strong plus.
• Flexibility to work across multiple time zones; 0-15% travel required.
