Courses and Office Assistant

We’re hiring! The Alliance Française de Brisbane is looking for a Full Time Courses and Office Assistant (COAA) starting 1st July 2026.
If you're organised, reliable, and enjoy supporting both people and processes, this role is for you! You'll help ensure the smooth running of student enrolments, memberships, private tuition, and general administration 3 days per week, while also providing a welcoming front-of-house experience through reception coverage 2 days per week.

What we're looking for:
• At least 3 years' experience in administration or a similar role, ideally within an education or customer-facing environment
• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously
• Attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information
• Strong written and spoken English, with French proficiency at B1 level or above
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM/CMS platforms (Oncord experience highly regarded)
• Basic IT troubleshooting skills
• A flexible and adaptable approach, including availability for occasional evening and Saturday morning work
