Are You the Right Fit?
You will bring various qualities to excel in this position to include;
- Demonstrated experience in acute care nursing, with critical care, coronary care or acute cardiac nursing experience highly desired.
- Flexibility to work across a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and night shifts, in line with service requirements.
- Excellent clinical assessment skills, attention to detail and the ability to respond effectively in a fast-paced acute care setting. Strong communication, teamwork and active listening skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning, professional development and evidence-informed practice. Opportunity to develop specialised cardiac nursing skills while working alongside an experienced and supportive coronary care team.
- Ability to provide compassionate care and support to patients and their families during acute cardiac presentations and recovery.
