Primary objective
Support the Cyber Resilience Senior Coordinator and Director in the administration, delivery and assessment of the Cyber Invest Business
Program to ensure efficient delivery of Program outcomes aligned with Program terms and conditions.
Context statement
The Department of Corporate and Digital Development manages digital systems on behalf of NT Government agencies. The position
operates within a team providing cyber resilience advice and support, within this the Cyber Invest Business Program supports small to
medium Territory businesses to uplift their cybersecurity and resilience. The position is required to work in a busy environment with
involvement in sensitive issues.
Key duties and responsibilities
1. Provide high-level support and coordination in the administration, assessment and processing of applications under the Cyber Invest
Business Program to ensure efficient delivery of Program outcomes aligned with Program terms and conditions.
2. Undertake quality assurance reviews of project / program documentation, to assist with consistency and quality across all deliverables.
3. Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including across agencies, to facilitate a collaborative approach to
the administration of Grants through the Cyber Invest Business Program, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure Program delivery
plans and processes are adhered to and queries and issues are resolved effectively.
4. Evaluate Grants data to measure program achievements against defined outcomes and provide aggregated and individual reporting to
government and industry on a regular and ad hoc basis as required.
5. Monitor and audit the performance of providers against program objectives and outcomes to ensure compliance and delivery.
6. Work collaboratively with teams across the Division to ensure alignment with initiatives and other continuous improvement activities
across the cyber security program and projects.
Selection criteria
Essential
1. Demonstrated experience in undertaking assessments, reviews and evaluations similar to those needed for grant programs with
high level organisational skills and attention to detail to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines across multiple
activities.
2. Demonstrated project management and commercial skills to deliver a range of projects and initiatives related to Grants
administration.
3. Proven ability to be self-motivated and proactive to work both independently and as part of a team within a high-volume
processing environment.
4. Demonstrated high level oral and written communication skills to communicate and liaise effectively with people at all levels
and negotiate outcomes on confidential and complex issues and develop clear policy and practice documentation.
5. Demonstrated conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and seek continuous improvement.
6. A very high standard of integrity and business ethics with demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
7. Demonstrated work ethic and attitude which emulates DCDD values of being professional, accountable, honest, respectful and
innovative.
Desirable
1. Experience, qualifications or certifications in Governance, Project Management, Business or other related discipline.
2. Knowledge of ICT or cyber security frameworks.
