The Opportunity

We're looking for a sharp, organised, and commercially minded person to join our team in a hybrid Sales, Marketing & Estimating role. This position sits at the intersection of business development and operations — you'll be producing compelling tender submissions, preparing fee proposals, and helping shape how We Elevate presents itself to clients and the market.

You don't need a background in lifts or escalators. You do need to be someone who obsesses over the details, writes with clarity and precision, and can hold their own in a room full of engineers and technicians.

What You'll Do

Estimating & Tendering

– Prepare, coordinate, and submit high-quality tender responses and RFP/RFT documents

– Develop pricing schedules, scope definitions, and commercial qualifications with the technical team

– Review tender documents and identify requirements, risks, and compliance obligations

– Maintain a tender register and manage submission timelines with precision

– Ensure all submissions are formatted, proofread, and presented to the highest standard

Sales & Business Development

– Support the BD team in identifying new opportunities across commercial, residential, and government sectors

– Prepare client-facing materials including capability statements, proposals, and presentations

– Assist in managing the CRM, tracking leads, and preparing pipeline reports

– Attend site visits, client meetings, and networking events as required

Marketing & Brand

– Help develop and maintain We Elevate's brand presence across digital and print channels

– Draft content including case studies, project profiles, social media posts, and email communications

– Coordinate the production of marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency

– Support the development of award submissions and industry recognition opportunities

– A background in construction, facilities management, or a technical industry if possible (but it's not a must)
