We are seeking an experienced operational leader to join HealthShare NSW as an Assistant Site Manager, Patient Support Services. You do not need a healthcare background to be successful in this role. We welcome applications from leaders across hospitality, manufacturing, logistics, retail, aged care, food production, and other operational environments.
As the Assistant Site Manager, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of Patient Support Services, ensuring operations run safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You will provide leadership and support to your team, build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement across the service.
This role is ideal for a confident and collaborative leader who enjoys managing people, solving operational challenges, and delivering great customer outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
