Site Supervisor

CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an experienced

Site Supervisor for our client working on commercial construction projects based in Darwin, NT.

This role will suit a hands-on Site Supervisor with strong experience in commercial building delivery, ideally within Design & Construct (D&C) environments. Our client delivers projects ranging from commercial fit-outs through to new builds valued up to $20M and is seeking someone who can lead site operations while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations and construction activities
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, labour and materials
• Monitor project programmes and construction schedules
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to specification
• Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards
• Manage site inductions, permits and compliance requirements
• Lead toolbox talks and promote a positive safety culture
• Coordinate defect rectification and handover activities
• Liaise with clients, consultants and internal project stakeholders
• Report on project progress, risks and site performance

Our Ideal Candidate

• Trade qualified, preferably Carpentry
• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor within commercial construction
• Strong Design & Construct (D&C) project experience
• Experience delivering commercial fit-outs and new build projects
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and programme management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Strong commitment to safety, quality and project outcomes
• Current White Card and Driver's Licence
