You will play a key role in ensuring accountability, maintaining high performance standards, coordinating workflows, and fostering strong collaboration across our Brisbane, Gold Coast, and offshore teams.Working closely with clients, brokers, referral partners, and internal stakeholders, you will drive seamless communication, efficient operations, and exceptional service outcomes that support the continued growth of the business. Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, lenders, and team members.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and aptitude for learning brokerage or CRM system & AI tools
  • Experience in office management, operations coordination, or administrative leadership, ideally within financial services or a professional services environment.
  • Ability to analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement practical improvements.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to support and coordinate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in business, administration, finance, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Prior experience in a finance, branch management, lending, or brokerage environment is beneficial.
