Make a real difference in a customer-focused role supporting people after a motor accident. As a CTP Claims Consultant, you’ll speak with customers, understand their situation, and guide them through their recovery journey. Using your communication skills and empathy, you’ll help organise support and keep customers informed every step of the way, while managing your own portfolio and performance targets. This is a permanent full-time role based in Tarndanya (Adelaide).
What You'll Do
- Manage new CTP claims end-to-end, including making early contact with injured parties to understand circumstances, injuries, and support needs
- Build strong relationships with customers, guiding them through the claims process with clear communication and regular updates
- Assess and approve treatment and support services in line with guidelines and customer needs
- Proactively manage a portfolio of claims, staying ahead of issues and minimising inbound queries through regular communication
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders (e.g. liability partners) while taking ownership of your claims and outcomes
- Provide clear, empathetic and proactive support to people recovering from physical or psychological injury
What You'll Bring
- Customer service background with a passion for helping people and delivering great experiences
- Strong people skills – confident on the phone, able to build rapport quickly and ask the right questions
- High empathy with the ability to support customers through challenging situations
- Well organised with good time management to handle multiple tasks
- Proactive and curious, willing to take ownership and follow a claim through from start to finish
