What Will You Be Doing

Join AUSIEX during an exciting period of transformation and play a key role in shaping culture, capability and employee experience. As part of our People & Culture team, you’ll partner closely with leaders to deliver high‑impact people initiatives that help our organisation thrive.

This role is based in Perth and will see you:

  • Perform analysis and data entry for the organisation's HRIS to assist in ensuring high quality P&C data and employee files.
  • Configuration of the company’s HRIS to reflect agreed policy and processes.
  • Ensure timely updates of Learning reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure compliance.
  • Collate and document employee information, performance reviews and contracts.
  • Play a key role within the payroll process including translating people data into Payroll templates and resolving data issues working with the Finance team.
  • Support Head of People & Culture with a variety of P&C metrics for board reporting.
  • Provide tier 1 P&C policy advice to the business.
  • Coordinate Talent Acquisition administrative activities.
  • Support delivery & progress tracking of P&C team priorities through project management documentation & tools.
  • Deliver P&C tasks as required including administration support to the National P&C Manager.
  • Be an active and contributing P&C team member, collaborating across P&C and the business to share insights, knowledge, and resources.
  • Contribute P&C projects to assist in effective function of the P&C function.
  • Business partner with line managers for the front and back-office teams and provide P&C support on employee matters.
  • Manage end to end workplace relations for the business, including performance management, grievances, and misconduct.
  • Manage a range of P&C policies and processes including tier 1 and tier 2 policy advice across the business.
  • Manage end to end recruitment process for front and back-office teams, including attracting, screening, and onboarding.

What You’ll Bring

  • Expertise in managing HR system/s and employee data to an exceptional standard - ELMO experience desirable.
  • Effective written and report presentation skills including experience in workforce reporting.
  • Strong understanding of the employment lifecycle and supporting P&C processes & procedures.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite - Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Task oriented & proactive approach.
  • Strong numerical skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Effective team player.
  • Adaptable and learning oriented.
  • Ability to apply effective time management, organisational & prioritisation skills to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
  • Ability to problem solve.
  • 2 min. years of P&C Coordinator experience in a busy, fast-paced environment (desirable)
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field (desirable)
