About The Role

Join the ITFM Office within Technology & Operations and contribute to delivering cost transparency, reporting, and insight across technology services. This role combines structured operational processes with analytical thinking to identify cost drivers and opportunities. You will work with business leaders to support informed decisions on technology investment, consumption, and optimisation.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver ITFM operational processes including data ingestion, reconciliation, allocation support, and reporting to ensure accurate and timely outputs across the business.
• Analyse technology cost and consumption data to identify trends, variances, and drivers that inform decision-making and optimisation opportunities.
• Apply structured problem-solving to resolve complex or unclear issues across data, systems, and processes, ensuring pragmatic and sustainable solutions.
• Maintain and improve cost models, supporting mapping reviews, validation activities, and controlled configuration updates across ITFM frameworks.
• Partner with stakeholders across Technology, Finance, and delivery teams to explain cost outputs and support decision-making with clear insights.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience across both technology and finance domains, with the ability to translate technical cost drivers into meaningful financial insight.
• Background in consulting or delivery of technology projects, with exposure to technical business analysis or similar roles in complex environments.
• Strong analytical capability, including experience using Excel and SQL to reconcile, analyse, and interpret data into actionable insights.
• Understanding of technology cost structures or ITFM frameworks, including concepts such as cost pools, service taxonomies, or allocation models.
• Ability to document and improve processes, including creating process maps, operating procedures, and structured approaches to delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with stakeholders and communicate complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
