We're looking for a Hydraulic Digital Professional (BIM) who is passionate about combining engineering expertise with digital innovation. You'll join a nationally connected team delivering complex projects across Defence, Health, Education and Infrastructure while helping shape the future of digital project delivery at Lucid.

What this role is all about

We're looking for an experienced Hydraulic Digital Professional (BIM) to join our Brisbane team. This role sits at the intersection of hydraulic engineering and digital delivery, supporting high-quality design through BIM, coordination, and model-led project delivery.

You'll work across sectors including Defence, Health, Education and Infrastructure, contributing to complex projects while strengthening our digital capability nationally.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both technical hydraulic engineering and digital workflows, and wants to play a key role in how projects are delivered at Lucid.

How you'll contribute day-to-day

• Deliver hydraulic designs using a model-led (BIM) approach
• Develop and manage Revit models and digital documentation
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated BIM delivery
• Support the design of hydraulic systems including water, sewer, stormwater and drainage services
• Undertake clash detection, model reviews and coordination workshops
• Contribute to digital standards, workflows and continuous improvement initiatives
• Work closely with engineers, clients and contractors to deliver project outcomes
• Support and mentor junior team members in BIM and digital delivery practices
• Attend project meetings, site inspections and contribute to project reporting
• Help drive best-practice digital engineering and modelling outcomes across projects

What sets you up for success

To thrive in this role, you'll be someone who:

• Has building services hydraulic experience (5+ years ideal)
• Has strong capability in Revit and BIM workflows
• Understands Level of Detail (LOD), coordination processes and digital delivery standards
• Enjoys bridging the gap between engineering design and digital modelling
• Communicates effectively across teams, disciplines and project stakeholders
• Is proactive, detail-focused and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes
• Has knowledge of Australian Standards, NCC/BCA and hydraulic services requirements
• Brings curiosity, initiative and a continuous improvement mindset
• Enjoys collaborating within a nationally connected team environment
• Must be an Australian Citizen to be considered for this role
