What You'll Be Doing
Working closely with experienced consultants and leadership, you'll learn every aspect of the recruitment process including:
- Candidate sourcing and talent attraction
- Interviewing and qualifying candidates
- Writing job advertisements
- LinkedIn Recruiter and database searching
- Market mapping and talent pooling
- Reference checking and candidate management
- Client relationship management
- Business development and account growth
- Managing recruitment processes from brief through to placement
For Recruitment Resourcers and Junior Consultants, this is a genuine opportunity to develop your commercial skills and transition into managing your own clients, vacancies and accounts.
Ideal Backgrounds Include
