Why You’ll Love It Here

Work–Life Balance

No unrealistic KPIs. No unnecessary pressure. Just a supportive team that trusts you to do great work without burning out.

For graduates especially, the focus is on learning first, building confidence, and then gradually growing your caseload once you feel comfortable and supported.

Tailored Caseloads

Adults, paediatrics, neuro, and rehab — predominantly community-based. If you have a preference for paediatrics, the caseload can be more clinic-focused. Your workload is shaped around your strengths, interests, and location.

Outstanding Support

You’ll have access to senior clinicians with 33+ years’ experience, offering hands-on mentoring. Graduates are well supported, and experienced OTs are encouraged to grow and lead.
