Are you a solutions-focused Submissions Lead looking for your next challenge?

We’re seeking a capable and innovative Submissions Lead to join our high performing team. You’ll play a key role in delivering fit-for-purpose critical infrastructure, supporting resilient communities and thriving industries.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end development and delivery of high quality, competitive tender and proposal submissions
• Coordinate inputs from multidisciplinary teams including technical experts, senior leaders and internal stakeholders
• Develop compelling, solution-focused written content that aligns with brand and client expectations
• Manage submission schedules and ensure timely, compliant lodgement of tenders, EOIs and proposals
• Mentor and support coordinators and junior team members, driving quality and consistency across the team
• Lead quality reviews and support continuous improvement of submission templates and collateral

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years' experience in bid submissions, proposal management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of tender and bid management processes within the construction and/or infrastructure sector
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe InDesign
• Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive content
• Proven ability to manage competing deadlines and coordinate across multiple stakeholders
• Relevant qualification in business, communications, project management or a related discipline (desirable)
