- A broad client base, from junior developers to large mining organisations (400ktpa to >4Mtpa)
- Integrated teams across open pit mining, geology, geotechnical engineering, processing, environmental and permitting

We’ve worked with more than 20 clients to deliver work which includes: turnaround life of mine planning, mining studies and trade-offs, open pit to underground transition assessments, due diligence and independent project reviews. Our underground services now span;
- 34 mines
- 50+ new projects secured
- 70+ projects completed or continued through repeat work
What Your First Year Could Look Like
- Project 1 (3 months): Life-of-mine underground planning for a tin producer.
- Project 2 (3 months): Underground mine planning for an integrated open pit / underground gold pre-feasibility study.
- Project 3 (5 months): Trade-off studies, conceptual mine planning and pre-feasibility mining engineering for an open pit to underground copper block cave transition.
- Project 4 (1 month): Integrated multi-discipline due diligence for a strategic base metals acquisition

What You’ll Bring
- 15+ years’ technical experience in underground hard rock mining
- Proven experience leading and delivering long-term mine planning
- Expertise in delivering mining study packages
- Proficiency in Deswik
- Interest in business development
- A hands-on approach to mentoring and leadership
- Willingness to travel to site intermittently
- Full unrestricted working rights in Australia
