What You’ll Do

As a Senior Electrical Design Engineer – Industrial in Brisbane you’ll participate in the delivery of key projects with several of our local and national clients and provide specialist technical expertise in Hazardous Areas and Functional Safety. Guidance and supervision of developing engineers and working with other professional and technical staff to ensure successful delivery of projects within time, quality, cost and stakeholder expectations.

• Advise clients on complex engineering projects from concept to delivery
• Technical design lead for packages and projects.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to solve technical challenges
• Deliver high-quality advice that informs decisions
• Contribute to resilient and innovative engineering solutions
• Apply advanced analytics and optimisation to enhance performance

What You’ll Bring

• Relevant engineering qualifications in Electrical Engineering
• Certification in Hazardous Areas and Functional Safety
• A minimum of 15 years experience in electrical, instrumentation or control systems with the proven ability to apply this technical knowledge to achieve project outcomes
• The ability to train, guide and support our developing engineers
• A track record of delivering practical, impactful outcomes
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
• The ability to see the big picture and challenge assumptions
