About The Role

The Customer Experience Officer is responsible for delivering high-quality service, providing support to members and learn to swim families. The role has a focus on sales, supporting membership enquiries and program registrations. The Customer Experience Officer will have a strong focus on user experience to support member retention.

What You’ll Deliver

  • High-quality, responsive and customer focused service
  • Drive membership growth through effective sales and engagement
  • Contribute positively to team performance and overall and centre success
  • Maintain operational compliance, reliability and adherence to procedures

Your Skills And Experience

  • CPR and Level 2 First Aid
  • Working with Children Check
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Sales experience is desirable but not essential
