At Resolute Care Group, we're expanding our Clinical Care Team and are seeking a compassionate, motivated and professional Registered Nurse to support participants across both the NDIS and Aged Care sectors.

This is more than a nursing job - it's an opportunity to empower people to live their best lives while mentoring and supporting a dedicated team of support workers.

You're Role: (depending on qualifications and experience):

  • Complex wound assessments and management
  • Continence assessments and clinical reporting
  • Supporting participants with high-quality clinical care
  • Delivering and assessing high intensity support competencies
  • Coaching and mentoring support workers
  • Working collaboratively with participants, families and multidisciplinary teams
  • Promoting person-centred, evidence-based care

What we're looking for:

  • Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
  • Experience in community nursing, NDIS and/or Aged Care (highly desirable)
  • Experience in wound care and continence management
  • Strong clinical assessment and reporting skills
  • A passion for mentoring and supporting staff development
  • A commitment to person-centred care and positive outcomes

NEW TO COMMUNITY NURSING?

Community nursing experience is preferred, however we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong clinical skills, a positive attitude and a genuine passion for supporting people in their homes and communities.
