Nurseline is partnering with a key client in their search for a Cardiac Nurse Practitioner.

Join this high-performing cardiac care team to deliver advanced, evidence-based cardiac care within a busy hospital setting. You will work autonomously while collaborating closely with cardiologists and a multidisciplinary team committed to excellence in patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive cardiac assessments and develop treatment plans
• Manage acute and chronic cardiac conditions
• Collaborate with medical and nursing teams to optimise patient outcomes
• Provide education and support to patients and families
• Contribute to quality improvement and clinical initiatives
• Mentor and support junior nursing staff

About You

• Endorsed Nurse Practitioner with AHPRA registration
• Master's qualification in Advanced Practice Nursing (or equivalent)
• Strong experience in cardiac or critical care
• Advanced clinical assessment and diagnostic capability
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
