What you'll be doing

Provision of timely and accurate administrative / transactional services for members of the healthcare team on designated ward(s) / unit(s) under the direction of the N/MUM in line with current Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures.

About You

You present yourself as someone who is ready to step confidently into a health administration role, bringing both the qualifications and the mindset to thrive. You hold, or are willing to undertake, a Certificate III in Health Administration, showing your commitment to developing the technical foundation the role demands. You communicate with clarity and professionalism, demonstrating accurate spelling, strong comprehension, and the confidence to engage courteously with people at every level. You’re comfortable working with word processing, spreadsheet and database software, and you use these tools with ease to support efficient daily operations. Your organisational skills allow you to prioritise effectively, manage competing deadlines and maintain momentum even when the workload intensifies. You work well under broad supervision, contributing as a reliable and adaptable team member in a high‑pressure, high‑volume environment where versatility and steady focus truly matter.
