About the opportunity

This opportunity plays an important role in shaping how Charter Hall’s brand and marketing agenda is embedded across the Group. As Senior Manager, Brand & Group Marketing, you will bring strategic depth and leadership across brand, marketing and sponsorships, helping ensure a consistent, high-quality and effective brand presence. In doing so, the role supports Charter Hall’s broader success by strengthening reputation, deepening engagement and enabling the Group to connect people, capital and opportunities in line with our long-term strategy.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Shape Charter Hall’s enterprise brand and marketing agenda, ensuring the Group’s brand purpose, positioning and engagement strategy are executed with consistency, discipline and impact across all audiences and touchpoints.
  • Lead insight-driven brand strategy and governance, translating market intelligence, performance data and stakeholder insight into strategic priorities that strengthen brand relevance, reputation and long-term growth.
  • Elevate brand-led customer, investor and employee experience, driving initiatives that enhance connection, advocacy and engagement across physical, digital and communication channels.
  • Provide leadership across high-profile communications, reporting and branded experiences, ensuring content and materials reflect Charter Hall’s standards, values and market position at the highest level.
  • Drive strategic sponsorships, partnerships and enterprise collaboration, integrating these initiatives with broader business priorities to amplify visibility, deepen relationships and deliver measurable commercial and reputational value.

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Future focused capabilities including self-awareness, resilience, agility and generosity.
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills, initiative and an ability to prioritise.
  • Collaborative and generous approach to leadership and capability building.
  • Balances creativity with commercial judgement, applying insight and evidence to drive sound decisions.
  • Relevant qualifications in marketing, brand or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in brand management and corporate marketing leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels.
  • Funds management or financial services experience is highly regarded.
