We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives within a major corporate insurance portfolio.
This role sits within a business area focused on group Life Insurance, Total and Permanent Disability (TPD), and Income Protection products delivered through superannuation arrangements. The successful candidate will play a key role in projects designed to expand corporate client acquisition, enhance insurance offerings for members, and support broader business growth objectives.
About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of business-focused initiatives in a highly regulated financial services environment. Working across multiple stakeholder groups, you will ensure strong governance, effective project execution, and successful delivery of outcomes that support corporate insurance growth.
This is a hands-on project delivery role suited to a traditional Project Manager with a strong track record of leading complex business initiatives and managing senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, governance and delivery of strategic corporate insurance initiatives
Manage project scope, schedules, risks, issues and dependencies
Build strong relationships with senior business stakeholders and delivery teams
Facilitate decision-making and maintain effective project governance frameworks
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes aligned to growth objectives
Provide clear reporting and project visibility to executive stakeholders
About You
You are an experienced Project Manager who has successfully delivered initiatives within financial services environments and understands the importance of stakeholder engagement, governance and delivery discipline.
