Showroom & Selections Manager

The Glimpse team is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Showroom & Selections Manager to help oversee our showroom operations and client selections experience.
At Glimpse, we work with an incredible range of products including window furnishings, flooring, sanitaryware, outdoor kitchens and more, helping clients create spaces they truly love.We work closely with builders, designers, renovators and retail clients across residential and commercial projects, guiding them through the selections process from concept to completion.
This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for interiors and customer experience, and the ability to manage both people and processes in a fast-paced environment.
THE ROLE
- Working closely with the showroom consultants and selections team to support daily operations and client experience.
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations and presentation of the showroom.
- Working closely with clients on product selections and showroom appointments.
- Assisting with quoting, estimating and project coordination.
- Ensuring a high level of customer service and client experience at all times.
- Maintaining strong product knowledge across all showroom categories.
- Liaising with builders, suppliers and internal team members.
- Assisting with workflow coordination, team support and ongoing process improvement.
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
- Previous industry experience is essential.
- Previous experience in a senior, leadership or coordination role is highly regarded.
- Experience in client selections, interior finishes or the building industry preferred.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Confident using computers and learning new systems.
- A keen eye for design, styling and current trends.
- Must be willing to work occasional Saturdays on a roster basis.
- Team-oriented with a positive and supportive attitude.
