Account Coordinator - New Developers
About Domain and CoStar Group
Domain is one of Australia's most trusted and loved property brands, helping millions of Australians find their dream home and stay informed about the property market. Now, Domain has joined forces with CoStar Group, a global leader in real estate information, analytics, and online marketplaces to take the next big leap in property technology and data innovation.
As part of CoStar Group, an S&P 500 company with more than 35 years of experience transforming how people understand and transact real estate, Domain is entering an exciting new era of growth. CoStar is investing heavily in new products, technology, and people to revolutionise how Australians access property data, insights, and marketplaces. This is a rare opportunity to join a world-class research team at the intersection of two powerful brands - Domain's local market expertise and CoStar's global scale and technology - as we build the future of real estate intelligence together.
About the Role
As an Account Coordinator and under the wing of an experienced Sales Leader, you will sit within a tight-knit support team that act as the engine room for a team of Sales Executives that sit across a national portfolio of our biggest and best Real Estate Developer customers.
You will be the backbone that enables the team to go out and do what they do best… driving revenue growth, product adoption and brand loyalty with our most valuable clients.

With Domain now part of the CoStar Group, this is just the beginning as our tech gets better and our teams get bigger, bringing more opportunities to choose your own adventure - whether that be promoting to Sales Executive (as many Coordinators do!), or other pathways into Solutions, CX, Marketing and more.
In a typical day you can expect to:
Assist Sales Executives with a wide range of tasks - e.g. creating tailored proposals, handling client correspondence, vetting new leads, creating reports and producing sales data.
Facilitate admin tasks to ensure client and team requests are quickly and effectively completed.
Responding to ad-hoc tasks and queries including billing and invoicing, working cross-functionally with Credit and Customer Experience teams.
Provide feedback, escalate issues, and shape processes to help drive improvements and efficiencies.
Occasionally accompany Sales Executives on visits to large clients to get to know their internal support teams.
Expand your product knowledge across the Domain solutions, quickly becoming an industry expert within Commercial Real Estate.
