We are seeking an experienced Risk, Change & Performance Lead to play a critical role in the delivery of a major rail and transit infrastructure program. This position sits within the Project Controls function and is responsible for integrating change management, risk and performance insights to support confident, data-driven decision-making across the program.

Some accountabilities will include

  • Lead the end-to-end integrated change control process, ensuring robust assessment of scope, cost and schedule impacts
  • Coordinate and govern the Change Control Board (CCB), ensuring high-quality submissions, transparent decisions and audit-ready documentation
  • Embed risk and opportunity considerations into change, performance reporting and forecasting
  • Integrate risk, change, cost and schedule data to deliver meaningful performance insights
  • Support scenario analysis and trade-off decisions to improve predictability and reduce delivery risk
  • Identify trends, emerging risks and opportunities to drive continuous improvement
  • Build strong relationships across engineering, commercial and delivery teams to support aligned decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with program governance frameworks and internal standards

This is a fulltime, permanent role, based in our Brisbane CBD office.

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Business, Project Management or a related discipline
  • 5+ years’ experience in project controls, risk, change or performance management, ideally within major infrastructure or complex project environments
  • Strong understanding of change management, risk integration, cost and schedule controls
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and support complex, high-value decisions
  • Advanced analytical capability with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience supporting governance forums
