We are looking for a determined Sales Associate with amazing communication, confidence, and professionalism to join Hanan Cawley's team. The ideal person will be able to work autonomously to book appraisals, actively chase leads, and have a lot of fire in their belly to make calls and hustle daily.

They need to take direction and guidance within the Hanan's sales team and will receive amazing mentorship and support from the best in the Gold Coast in return. This is a full-time position (Mon-Sat with half-day RDO midweek) working in our Surfers Paradise Office.

Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Calling prospective clients/vendors from a high-end database to generate appraisals - both cold and warm calls
  • Buyer work including direct communication regarding database, stock & updates throughout the process
  • In-house CRM system management
  • Attending and assisting with open homes, listing presentations, and auctions
  • OFI callbacks and feedback reports
  • Meeting daily and weekly sales targets
  • Attending sales training, sales meetings, and company events
  • Working on Saturdays, with a mid-week half-day RDO
  • Systems and platforms including and not limited to: Agentbox, RpData, Ratemyagent, RE.com, Domain, social media platforms, Smartsheets, Realhub,

In order to be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Must have Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License (legal industry requirement)
  • Ideally 6-12 months+ of experience in a similar role in real estate and/or cold calling/sales business
  • Confident making cold calls
  • Exceptional organisation and prioritising skills
  • Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must work well under pressure
  • Needs patience and enthusiasm to succeed within this role
  • Strong confidence - assertive yet professional and friendly
  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Strong follow up skills
  • The ability to thrive within a professional and fast paced environment
  • Must be presentable
