About the Role

As a Dispensary Coordinator at UFS Healthcare , you will:

  • Foster a positive and motivated team culture while upholding high standards in customer service and operational productivity
  • Champion and communicate the UFS vision, strategy, and core values within the team and across the organisation.
  • Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience through attentive service and expert product knowledge.
  • Oversee daily dispensary operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock control and timely replenishment.
  • Coordinate team operations including scheduling, supporting staff training and development, and assisting with performance management processes.
  • Assist the Pharmacy Manager in coordinating and maintaining compliance with the Quality Care Pharmacy Program (QCPP) .
  • Support and assist Pharmacists in the day-to-day operations of the Dispensary..

This role is based in at our Bridge Mall Pharmacy with full-time hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5:30 pm or Tuesday to Saturday (Tuesday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm, Saturday, 9:00am - 1:00pm)

What You’ll Need

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Qualified with a completed Pharmacy Dispensary Skillset Certificate and/or Certificate IV in Community Pharmacy (Dispensary) .
  • Has previous experience working in a dispensary setting.
  • Known for your excellent customer service skills and ability to build relationships with patients.
  • Able to prioritise tasks and manage your own workload effectively.
  • A strong communicator , both verbally and in writing .
